Cancelling a job (Customers): You may cancel a posted job at any time before accepting a quote at no cost. If you cancel after accepting a quote but before work begins, notify the tradesperson through the app as early as possible.
Cancelling a job (Tradespeople): If you can no longer complete an accepted job, cancel through the app promptly so the customer can rebook. Repeated late cancellations may affect your account standing.
Payments & refunds: Where payments are made through TradeLink, funds are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. If work is not carried out, or a job is cancelled before work begins, you may request a refund by contacting admin@tradelink-app.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Disputes: If there is a disagreement about completed work, contact us at admin@tradelink-app.com within 14 days of job completion. We will review the matter with both parties. TradeLink acts as a platform connecting customers and tradespeople; the contract for work is between the customer and the tradesperson.
